Cigarettes Kill!

Cigarettes alone kill more than 3,000,000 people each year worldwide- more than AIDS, car accidents, murders, suicides, alcohol and illegal drugs combined. On average, lifetime smokers have a 50% chance of dying from tobacco. And no cigarettes .

Young adult smokers were also more likely to come from smoke-free homes, were less likely to use pharmaceutical aids, and typically smoked fewer cigarettes a day. We don't reject the cancer patient who didn't quit smoking cigarettes. We try to love them and care for them and comfort them. They do contain tobacco and therefore have all the health risks of smoking regular tobacco cigarettes. If you are having trouble quitting smoking cold turkey, a much better choice is to obtain an FDA-approved smoking cessation method such as nicotine gum, patch or lozenge (which are sold without prescription) or see a doctor about other options.

Quitting is the only way out
Cigarettes taste wrong, or smell wrong, it’s kind of weird. Without cutting out cigarettes once and for all, there’s always a risk that your use will increase again in the future. People who are in the habit of smoking over 10 cigarettes a day might find it hard to quit all of a sudden. Actually, in this case, it is better to reduce the number of cigarettes gradually, by skipping as many as you can of you daily lot.

The thing sounding surprising has been that both, expensive and free quit smoking patches tend to have same effect with regards to patient. It was proven by 2 diverse groups of the people having first hand experience with quit smoking patches of both the types. Treatment usually produces more quitters in populations with a higher baseline stopping rate (for example, motivated patients attending a specialist smoking clinic) and fewer when the baseline rate is lower (for example, all smoking patients attending a general practitioner).
